Yes. We recently updated the store, and even though we've imported your account, you will just need to reset your password to login. Keep in mind, you don't have to login to place new orders!

Rest assured, we still have your old order history, and links to order status pages in older order confirmation emails should still work. If you have any questions about a pending or previous order, feel free to contact us!

Don't worry, all pending orders are still active. Links to your order status in your original confirmation emails should also redirect to the page with the current order status. So your pre-orders are safe and there's no reason to replace any orders.

We accept Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, and more. All available options can be seen when you checkout. We currently do not accept Dogecoin. All prices listed are in US dollars. 

Due to the volatility of the crypto market, any purchases made using crypto that requires a return would be processed in site credit.

All orders are charged when you place the order. Previously, you were charged a pre-authorization then your card was charged before the pre-order shipped but moving forward any orders will be paid when you check out. This is to avoid payment issues.

Pre-orders

All orders (pre-orders or in-stock items) are paid for when the order is placed. Previously, you were charged a pre-authorization then your card was charged before the pre-order shipped but moving forward any orders will be paid when you check out. This is to avoid payment issues.

Pre-orders typically will ship on or around the date listed on the product page. You can also check estimated ship date in the email you received when initially placing the order. Sometimes, there may be slight delays due to vinyl manufacturing, a late shipment to our warehouse, or other factors. We do our best to keep our customers informed of any delays so please check your email as you may have received a notification with an updated estimated ship date.

Your order will not ship until all the items are available. If you order a pre-order item and an item that is currently available for shipping, then we will wait until the pre-order item is available. If you wish to receive your other items before your pre-order item is available, then please place a separate order.

Shipping

The cost of shipping can vary greatly depending on the particular items you'd like to purchase, the location where you'd like your order shipped, and the type of shipping service that your prefer. You can get a quick shipping & handling estimate by putting the items in your cart, then supplying some address information on the View Cart page. We'll show you a number of options. During the actual checkout process, you can choose exactly which shipping method works best for you.

While we try to offer shipping to as many countries as possible, we simply cannot ship to every part of the world. The reasons range from import restrictions or high duties & taxes to excessive fraud or lost packages. The list of countries that we accept orders from can change a few times a year, so you may want to check back from time to time. The quickest way to determine if we can ship to your country is to put an item in your cart and visit the View Cart page. Check the list of countries in the "Calculate Shipping" section on that page.

If your country is not a selectable option, you can look into freight forwarding to consolidate shipments outside of of US.

We typically ship out orders within 1-2 business days of your order being placed. Holiday season can sometimes take a bit longer but we do our best to get orders out as fast as possible.

Some items can take longer to ship (3-4 business days) and that is referenced in the item description.

Shipments destined outside the United States may require additional duties or import taxes to be paid on delivery. The customer is responsible for the payment of all such fees. We cannot mark shipments "Gift" on customs forms, nor can we adjust the value of the items in the shipments. Unfortunately it is very difficult or impossible for us to estimate the duties and taxes your country may charge you. If you have any questions, please contact your local officials.

Arrival times vary from country to country based on various factors. Rest assured, your order will arrive but please give the carriers extra time for your order to arrive overseas.

When your order ships, we will send you an email. If for some reason you didn't receive an email or can't check your messages, please email us to confirm your order . If you opted to pay for a recommended trackable service, such as a DHL option, then you can use the tracking number to see the expected delivery date. The US Postal Service offers no such tracking. Also, while most USPS First Class and Priority shipments arrive within a few weeks and without a problem, it is difficult to provide you with a more accurate timeframe. Further, it is impossible for us to determine how long it will take for a shipment to clear customs. This can delay delivery and is completely out of our control. If your shipment does not arrive after a few weeks, simply email orders (at) indiemerchstore.com with your order #. We will review reports of lost shipments on a case-by-case basis.

We use most carriers as well as local couriers. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout and you will see the prices for each one.

If your order has not shipped out yet we can update your shipping address. Please contact customer service HERE with your order number and the new address. Once we have updated it we will confirm that that the address has been updated. If your order has already been shipped out we may be able to do a delivery intercept on one of our expedited shipping options. If we are able to do the delivery intercept, you will incur an intercept fee. Standard shipping does not allow for delivery intercept.

Parcel carriers can take up to 48-72 hours to update your tracking after the package has shipped.

Rest assured, all orders leave our warehouse and are picked up by the parcel carriers within 24 hours of you receiving your shipping notification.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can email orders (at) indiemerchstore.com and we will do our best to cancel the order before it leaves our facility. Please note that sometimes it is too far along in the process to cancel.

We strive to get your merchandise to you as fast as possible, but sometimes parcel carriers can take longer than expected. Please continue to monitor your tracking as this is the best way to know when it will arrive. If your tracking isn't updating after a couple days and your order did not arrive, please email us HERE

Return Policy

All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days after your item is received. You need to email us HERE (include your order number and in the subject please type "Return") for authorization before you send anything back.

If you ordered clothing and are unhappy with the size/design, you can exchange it for another size provided the item has not been washed, worn, and is in re-sellable condition. You are responsible for ALL shipping costs, which will include re-shipping the new item(s) to you. This will be outlined in your Return Authorization email from us as we still give you payment and shipping options.

Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on underwear such as panties, masks, boy shorts, and thongs.

Unfortunately mistakes can happen, but please be sure to reach out to us HERE with your order number and details of what you received in error.  From there we can help resolve as follows:

For US Customers - We will email you with a USPS pre-paid postage label for you to print out, attach to the box, and drop off at your nearest post office or have your own mailman pick up. Once we receive your return, we will re-ship your new item and you will be emailed your new tracking number.

For International Customers - You will have to mail us the package back via standard international mail only, along with a receipt of what you paid for shipping and we will refund your money upon receiving your return. We will re-ship your new item and you will be emailed your new tracking number.

I received my zipper hoodie, and the graphic over the zipper seems defective.

Although we do offer products that have prints that go over zippers, it is not a perfect process in the print industry. Please understand that this can yield inconsistent results and slight imperfections (example: gaps along seams). If you feel that you have received a damaged product, please contact us to review HERE


Additional Questions

YES. No bootlegs! All merchandise is officially licensed and money goes back to the bands/labels.

Vinyl is often produced after the mock up is made. Bands and labels try to make sure the pressing plant creates the vinyl to their specifications, but there are instances where the vinyl doesn't look exactly like the online mock up. The unique production of colored vinyl will create different outcomes.

Please note, we do not press vinyl and simply distribute it through our sales channel.
