Please note that many parcel carriers are not guaranteeing specific day delivery and as a result, we cannot guarantee arrival time for those services by Dec 25th for the 2020 holiday season. Carriers have experienced extensive & wide-ranging delays in 2020.
We have also noticed that tracking is taking longer to update once it leaves our facility. Rest assured that your package was shipped when you received a notification, but parcel carriers are taking much longer to scan items to their next destination so you may experience a slight delay on updates after your item has left our facility.
Due to variations in postal services outside of the USA, we are unable to guarantee arrival dates for international shipments. Please order as early as possible.
