Sam Borkson and Arturo Sandoval combined forces in 2002 and have been slowly spreading their art around the globe ever since. Originally the Friends With You characters ventured into the world as hand-sewn plush dolls that provide magic and mayhem for their owners; now they have expanded to modular wooden toys, public art installations, motion pictures and more. This artist group was created with one basic concept in mind and that is to become Friends With You. Friends With You was interviewed in issue: J, The Young Til' I Die issue. They have also taken part in Beautiful/Decays first art show in August at the Scion Installation Space in Los Angeles, California.


Since its conception, Beautiful/Decay has made it it's mission to support emerging and established artists through our publication. We have developed our following by internationally distributing a high quality product to everything from the largest chains to the most selective boutiques. With the growing popularity of the Beautiful/Decay brand we decided to launch a T-shirt line featuring solely artists we have featured in the magazine. We are using 100% cotton, 30 Needle Knit, custom cut bodies which will ensure a high quality product that the fans of Beautiful/Decay are accustomed to.
